Devices are where AI meets the physical world.
We build software for the phones, wearables and connected devices people already carry. It senses what happens in the real world, understands it on the device, and acts on it in the moment.
Thesis
AI has learned to read and write. Next it has to see, hear and act, and the devices around us are how it gets there.
Physical AI needs a bridge between atoms and bits. We think that bridge is already built and shipped by the billion: mobile, wearable and IoT devices. Our job is the software that turns them into reliable instruments for the real world, one useful product at a time.
- 01
Sense
Phones, wearables and connected devices carry cameras, microphones, motion and location sensors. Together they are the largest sensor network ever deployed, and it is already in people’s hands.
- 02
Understand
On-device models turn raw signals into structured events (a whistle, a scoreboard reading, a jersey number) in real time and in private, without a round-trip to the cloud.
- 03
Act
Closing the loop is the product: software that changes what happens next in the physical world, with a person always in control and every automatic action reversible.
How we build
- Edge-first
- Intelligence runs where the signal is. Lower latency, works offline, and nothing leaves the device unless the user sends it.
- Human in the loop
- Automation proposes; people decide. Every automatic action is announced and undoable in one tap.
- Private by default
- No accounts, ads or tracking unless a product truly needs them. Sensor data is processed in memory, not stored.
Products
From thesis to shipping software.
Courtside
iPad · Android foldables
A basketball game, captured as data. Courtside listens for the referee’s whistle and stops the clock, reads the gym scoreboard and jersey numbers with the camera, and keeps a complete scorebook. It all runs on the device.

In the lab
More products are in development across mobile, wearables and IoT. Each one uses the sensors people already have to do something in the physical world that used to take dedicated hardware or a second person.
